If you are on this page, you are likely considering joining an Apex league. There are a couple things that are beneficial to learn before you sign up.
Enhancements
Firstly, we’d like to tell you about enhancements. Not only does Apex have some of the highest payouts on the web – it gets even better. When we are filling a league that is close to its scheduled start time, we often give extra money to first – we call this extra money, an enhancement. This extra money goes to whoever finishes first, regardless of when you joined the league!
You can be notified of enhancements by signing up for our mailing list (located on the right side of the page) or by visiting our sign up page which contains up-to-date enhancements under the “Description” header on the sign up table.
Where Does My Commissioner Fee Go?
If you are wondering why we take a commissioner fee for each league, it is a guarantee of the quality league that you sign up for. Firstly, Apex will have a commissioner present for the first two rounds of your draft – to make sure that each owner is active and ready to draft.
In addition, Apex continues to monitor your league during the season. Once a trade is vetoed by two members of the league, we have an independent trade evaluation process. We aim to eliminate collusion and maintain league integrity at all costs.
That isn’t all we do – when an owner has given up and abandoned his team, Apex will set his lineup. If you accidentally dropped an important player, don’t worry – Apex will make the correction for you.
